 Why is our form of marketing more effective than others?

Direct Marketing provides a more personal connection between our customers and clients. Indirect marketing (Telemarketing, Television ads, Billboards, etc) lacks the face to face contact the customers desire. We believe that our customers want to do business with a friendly face and a smile, which is what we provide.

 Where do our consultations/meetings take place?

The meetings take place at the location of the customer. That’s the great part about Direct Marketing. The customer doesn’t come to us, we go to the customer.

 How are the customers acquired?

We are responsible for the entire San Diego market.  We have been above our target market for our clients so we now reach out to Los Angeles as well as Las Vegas. We acquire our customers through daily face-to-face consultants. In addition to client acquisitions, we maintain the relationships with out current customers.

 Where are you looking to expand?

We are looking to expand to a minimum of 6 locations in California and Nationwide by the end of 2013.

 Are there set paths for employees?

All of our managers started out as Account Reps and Management Trainees and followed a clearly defined career path that took them to where they are today.

 How long does it take to become a manager?

On Average, employees advance to a management position in 5-18 months. An exceptional work ethic, a great student mentality, and overall eagerness to succeed will allow an individual to advance rapidly.

 What are you looking for in a candidate?

We are looking for a self-motivated professional. Individuals that excel in our company display great interpersonal skills, take an aggressive approach to learning new things, and are ambitious towards setting and achieving goals. We are looking for candidates that are driven and passionate about success.

 Are there plans to expand internationally?

Our plan is to expand into Europe at the end of the year.
