Meet The Team



Shawn Windey
President


Shawn Windey was born and raised in S.E. Michigan.  He attended high school at St. Mary’s Preparatory in Orchard Lake, Michigan.  Shawn was active in wrestling, baseball, lacrosse, track and football.  He competed in the high school football state championship game in 2005.
 

Shawn attended Michigan State University his freshman year and transferred to Grand Valley State University where he graduated with degrees in both Marketing (Sales) and Business Management.  While at Grand Valley, Shawn played football and was on the 2007 Division II National Championship team.  Shawn also played lacrosse at Grand Valley and was recognized with First Team All Conference and All American Honors.

 
Following graduation, Shawn moved to Southern California and began his career in sales and marketing in Rancho Cucamonga.  He then moved to San Diego in 2011 and established Rise Executives in 2012. As the President of Rise Executives, Shawn continues the family legacy of entrepreneurs.  Together, Shawn and team will never follow a path; they will go elsewhere and leave their own path.




Brianna Channer
Human Resource Director



Brianna Channer was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Parkrose High School in 2007 and attended Portland State University.  She started taking ballet classes at the age of 3 and throughout her life, excelled in tap and jazz as well as receiving several awards for her beautiful voice. 

Not only is she competitive, Brianna is very outgoing and has just the right amount of self-confidence to succeed at anything she does and strives to do her very best.  She and her husband Phil recently moved to the San Diego area as he is in the Navy and stationed here. They are the very proud parents of an adorable one year old named Logan, who is the highlight of their lives. Brianna is a very ambitious and goal oriented individual; She is excited to be a part of the growth of Rise Executives. In the next few years, her goal is to move into a National Director of Human Resources role.
